I know everyone of you still shocked to what happened last night in UFC 98. Though UFC 97 is quite boring, UFC 98 is really intense and it is worth it, that’s what I can say. I can’t even imagined that Rashad Evans will suffer a series of punches from Lyoto Machida.
SUGAR DOESN’T TASTE SWEET FOR DRAGON
Look’s like the Dragon doesn’t like sweets tonight. At 3:57 in Round no. 2, Machida was in full strength throwing strong punches to Evans. The “Sugar” turns sour. Evans finally got his first ever lost in the UFC history. And the bitter truth is he got it via knock out. Machida remains undefeated and he’s now the new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion.
DRAGON VS RAMPAGE
Now that Machida is the new Light Heavyweight Champion, what will be his fate when the day comes that he will have to face the former Light Heavyweight Champion – Quinton “Rampage” Jackson? As we all know Jackson was so desperate to have his belt back and that’s what he said to Evans before. But because Jackson got injured, Machida stepped in. Machida stole Evan’s title. And for the next encounter, it’s going to be a Machida-Jackson fight. This is going to be a very interesting fight. Let’s all meet in the next UFC event!
