It's a waste of time, and the only people who aer losing money are the wealthy shareowners and CEOs of these companies. They're never really going to go out of business as their total revenues exceed the billionss each year, and their workers are salaried. Furthermore, the actors and actresses can do without the additional 5 million dollar loss that tey incur from online pirating. I still support the arts, just the stuff that is more independent, not monopolized, where the artist/producer/etc. may not make as much money. Commercialization is a selfish thing. Its happened with the porn industry, theres so much free content that the industry doesnt make any money anymore, and even the premium content which has to be paid for pops up for free on the net. Its destiny, no one owns the internet, no one controls it so no one can stop it! So, if they can't go to the cinema, then surely it's better that the see the film somehow. Still, then of course people who can go to the cinema but are tight with their money will also use the opportunity to see it for free, so i guess you're right about that. It's just a shame that some people won't get to see it, i mean, whenever i have the money, i go to the cinema, seeing films online is a last resort, it's better to sit in the theater and watch the film then it is to be cramped behind a computer desk, watching it. However, the film in full will pop on one of the free film sites.
